01–10 Modular & carpentry

Carcass made from the specified BWP/BWR-grade board
Shutters aligned with even gaps (within 2 mm tolerance)
Edge-banding sealed on all exposed edges, no lifting
Drawers run smooth, full-extension where specified
Internal accessories (cutlery, tall units) fitted per design
Loft and tall units plumb and level
Skirting and fillers flush to wall, no gaps
Laminate/acrylic finish free of scratches and bubbles
Countertop joints sealed, overhang as specified
Wardrobe shutters open and close without rubbing

11–17 Hardware & soft-close

Hinges from the specified brand, correct crank
Soft-close action on all doors and drawers
Channels rated for drawer load, no sag
Handles/profiles aligned at a consistent height
Locks and latches operate smoothly
Gas lifts on overhead units hold their position
Hardware screws tight, none missing

18–25 Electrical

All switches and sockets functional
Points located per the approved electrical layout
Earthing verified at sockets
MCB/DB labelled and load-tested
No exposed or loose wiring
Switchboards flush and level
Appliance points (hob, chimney, oven, geyser) correctly rated
Concealed conduit routes match the drawing

26–31 Plumbing

No leaks at any joint under pressure
Hot and cold lines correct at each outlet
Drain slopes correct, water clears fully
Sink, faucet and accessories fixed firm
Concealed cistern and fittings operate
Water shut-off valves accessible

32–38 Painting & finishes

Walls evenly coated in the specified sheen
No roller marks, drips or patchiness
Clean cut-lines at ceiling and trims
Putty smooth, no visible undulations
Texture/feature walls match the approved sample
Fittings and surfaces free of paint splatter
Touch-ups completed after installation

39–43 False ceiling & lighting

False ceiling level, no sag or visible joints
Cove and profile lighting even, no dark spots
Light fixtures aligned and centred per layout
Dimmers/scenes operate as specified
AC grilles and vents finished flush

44–47 Flooring & tiling

Tiles level with consistent grout lines
No hollow tiles (tap-tested)
Skirting tiles aligned to the floor
Floor protected and cleaned at handover

48–51 Final handover & safety

All surfaces deep-cleaned, debris removed
Snag list closed and re-verified
Warranty documents and care guide handed over
Client walkthrough sign-off completed
